Philadelphia Bike Share Strategic Business Plan

Based on the findings of a 2009 bike share feasibility study, the City of Philadelphia has worked to build support and funding for a bike sharing system. The Bike Share Working Group was formed to evaluate
business models and develop a feasible business plan. The Working Group includes the City of Philadelphia Mayor's Office of Transportation and Utilities (MOTU), Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia (BCGP), Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) and the Pennsylvania Environmental Council (PEC).
